I have always loved baking. Some of my favorite things to bake (and let’s be honest, eat) are cookies! I typically bake classic chocolate chip cookies. But, I was craving something different one night and thought I would try making something new. Thankfully, they turned out even better than I thought they would. If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat I recommend baking these immediately!

Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough:

- ½ cup stick of butter

- ½ cup sugar

- ½ cup brown sugar

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup flour

- ½ cup dark chocolate cocoa powder

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- ½ teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons milk

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough:

- ¼ cup sugar

- 1 egg

- ¾ cup peanut butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ½ teaspoon baking soda

- 1 ¼ cup flour

- ¼ teaspoon salt

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough: Mix the sugar, brown sugar and butter in a stand mixer on low until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in Chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
